Many problems can arise with Email Clients like Outlook or Outlook Express, the most common one is one of an oversise PST file causing errors when trying to send emails or move emails around.

When outlook is used to retrieve your emails from a POP3 server, it uses something called a .PST file to store all the emails within. Depending on the quantity of emails you receive and send, this .PST file can grow to a massive size.

Many people skip the AutoArchive message because they do not fully undertsand what the outcome of that process will be, so the .PST file grows to around 1.8GB before causing Outlook to Fail.
